The text for today is based upon the Gospel lesson used in this Sunday's worship service. Read the Apostles Creed as preparation for the lesson: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried;* the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic** church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen. Think about these question as you view the lesson: Where is the text located? What is important about the possessed man? What is a legion? How many pigs? Why didn't Jesus kill the demons? What was the reaction of the nearby community and the man? How does the text relate to us today? Watch the video ---"Women's Bible Study Week 10 Mark 5:1 20"--https://youtu.be/K6ooT7cJ3Zc
